METHODS

Constellations

Systemic/Organizational Constellation method - practiced in a group, with the aim to quickly gain insight into the deeper causes of a problem. It is a spatial representation of an organizational system, which you are part of or involved with. The client determines together with the facilitator which persons, functions or other elements from the system are important to draft. The client then chooses people (so-called representatives) from the attending participants to represent elements of the system and positions them in relation to each other, based on the inner image that the client has of them. The facilitator then explores, in constant consultation and coordination with the client, where there are possibilities and where there is room for insights. The facilitator does not tend to give advice about what the client should or should not do as the insights speak for themselves and it is up to the client to determine what he or she will do with it.

K-power

“K-Power” method - Kinesiology training program developed by Dr Bruce and Joan Dewe in New Zealand. Communication tool that enables a person to assess and upgrade their performance in all aspects of their life. Kinesiology uses muscles as monitors of stress and dissonance within the body and enables people to detect and correct various imbalances that may relate to stress, nutrition, learning problems, minor injuries and other issues they encounter in their daily life.

Coaching

Coaching is a process used to take people from where they are to where they want to be. The coach uses a range of communication skills to help clients shift their perspectives and thereby discover different approaches to achieve their goals.

Coaching is a form of development in which the coach supports the client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. The coach has experience and expertise and offers advice and counselling. Coaching differs from mentoring by focusing on specific tasks or objectives, as opposed to more general goals or overall development, and can be applied to support the clients in all their undertakings).

Systemic coaching

The Systemic work is driven by the realization that “something is wrong” and something has to change. The starting point for systemic work is precisely that change begins by taking the situation and reality as it is. We observe the present situation, firstly without judgement, in order to identify the key elements and to get insights, which will lead us to the solution.

The question we ask ourselves is “To what is this problem a solution?” That requires a different perspective. We do not focus on the details or the individual, but on the whole. We consider the entire system and we “zoom out”.  Beyond the boundaries of the system, things look different than they do on the inside. The system as a whole has different characteristics than the sum of its parts.

Through explanation of principles, conversations and systemic coaching questions, we investigate the mutual relationships and dynamics between the various elements of the organization. Different types of interventions are applicable, according to the identified current needs of the organization.

Holistic 1:1 therapy session

The purpose of the session is to find the root cause of the client’s issue and to find the best approach to resolve it. This often means to indicate a limiting belief or a fear, which prevents the client from succeeding in his/her desired emotional state or goal. The subconscious mind tends to hide the root cause of the issues. The aim of the therapist is to bring out the suppressed from the subconscious mind to the conscious mind, where we can see the solutions and reach our goal or desired emotional state.
